Nadia, Self Portrait & Scorpion (for website)

It begins in Corfu – once described as a feminine place - in 1973 at the time of the Greek Junta. An apparent idyllic family holiday is pitted against harrowing scenes developing from a murder and the chilling atmosphere of the Colonels regime of the Junta. Andrew’s touching teenage friendship with Imogen, allows him to save the seemingly sinister antagonist Nancy from prison or even worse, death, and points the finger at the evil and cruel James Smith, who employed by the Junta under the guise of doctor will go to any end to implicate Nancy in a murder. It is not a book for the faint-hearted.
