IN MANY CASES WHEN BOOKING A HOLIDAY YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED TO PUT MORE THAN A SMALL DEPOSIT DOWN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WHICH IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL WILL USUALLY BE REFUNDED UP TO 21 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. PLEASE SEE BELOW.

If you are booking a holiday with a supplier (whether hotel, villa or through a tour operator or agent) your holiday will cost no more than if you book direct with them, and indeed in some cases will cost you less.

You will be required to put down a deposit, normally equal to 15% of the total cost of your holiday. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance will be paid directly to the supplier.

If you are booking with a UK tour operator then their booking conditions will apply.

WE OFFER A FREE SERVICE; however if you require us to conduct research specifically on your account or make protracted phone calls; or if other expenses are involved we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover our costs.

These costs will be refunded on evidence that you have booked a holiday through suppliers recommended by ourselves.

For all other arrangements cancellation charges will come into force 21 days before arrival. Up to 8 days before arrival these will be 30% of outstanding balance. 7 days or less before arrival the full amount of the holiday will be forfeited.

For all property sales, after the intial FREE CONSULTATION, we will require a deposit of £50 for each estate agent contacted but this is fully refundable when a sale is agreed.
