1) We point of you in the right direction and search for PROPERTIES FOR SALE that will suit your particular requirements.


2) We know GREECE very well and can recommend certain idllyic areas, especially in the Peloponnese, Central and Northern Greek mainland and quieter islands or remoter parts of the bigger islands.

We are not a tour operator nor travel agent but we do point you in the right direction so that you can make your booking with a recognised and licensed tour operator or travel agent, or choose an individually tailored holiday or fly-drive excursions from us or find your property to buy from a professional estate agent.


More we can, from time to time, and in selected places recommend sites to visit, list the tavernas and restaurants that we have tried and give a brief list of shops in various areas which are good value or good for clothes, food or souvenir shopping.


We offer free, honest, thoughtful and knowledgeable advice by email, and where necessary a personal telephone consultation:


  * ideas for a Greek holiday, particularly in the Peloponnese and mainland Greece, Crete, Corfu and Lesvos, and other smaller islands such as Paxos, Samothraki, Leros, Patmos, Kythira, Hydra and many others.

  * Tell us whether you prefer to book through a UK bonded tour operator or whether you would like us to point you more independently in the direction of a hotel, villa owner or Greek travel agent.

  * Tell us if you are seeking to buy a property, especially in the Peloponnese or Crete.

  * And for a small fee we prepare individual itineraries, showing routes and places of interest.
